Even after a scale model is completed and delivered, designs can change that require updates to the scale model. These changes are sometimes a difficult undertaking while other times they are as easy as adding transparencies on top of existing windows. For Aventura Park Square our clients wanted to showcase their new commercial tenants by featuring their logos on the units they were leasing. The ASM team created custom window overlays to show where each exciting new tenant would be setting up shop.
